Two weeks ago a big milestone happened for me -- a therapist, Kelly Williams, contacted me and asked me to write a guest post for her! That a professional likes my writing so much that she wants to publish it on her website blows my mind.
The funny thing is that the topic she wanted, 10 Simple Ways to Relax at Bedtime, is actually something I've been meaning to write about anyway. Living with anxiety has another wonderful side effect (feel the sarcasm?) that it can be really hard to wind down enough to fall asleep, so I have tried a lot of things to make it easier. Which, luckily for you, you can now benefit from!
