Two weeks ago I contacted my favorite bloggers and asked them to help me out with this article. All of these wonderful women have their own writing style and way to handle things and I feel so blessed I got to befriend them!
What I think is great is that every single one of them gave me a different tip. That is how versatile the human mind is; what's right for you, might not be right for the person next to you. And what's right for you now, might not be right for you in six months.
We are ever changing and evolving and developing different needs, which is why I wanted to compile all of these tips and ideas in one place. Make sure to save this article so if you become stuck in a rut, you can come back and find inspiration!

short, almost everyone has said something to themselves that was so harsh, they would never utter it aloud to another person. The problem is that we don’t usually realize how many negative messages we give ourselves each day. Negative thinking can become a bad habit. To break the habit, we need to learn ways to think positive or more realistic thoughts about ourselves.

There are only two things that stand in your way.
The first is not knowing what your “thing” is. So do everything in your power to find it. Take personality tests, do self awareness exercises, try different activities and see how they make you feel.
The second is going along with society’s “shoulds.” We get all kinds of messages about who we should be and how we should act and what we should value. Tune out those messages. Decide what you want and go after it. Become the boss of your own life.
Challenge: Pick one of these ideas and spend the next two weeks implementing it in your life.
Aren't these tips awesome? Be sure to check out their websites and blogs, they are really great. To thank them for collaborating with me, pin this article on Pinterest!
